Get more talent with AI! is an AI-powered hiring platform that provides tools for job posting management, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, team collaboration, and hiring analytics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the service. This includes job postings, candidate information, and any other data.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. Your subscription will begin after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to our service. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You can export your data from our service at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Get more talent with AI! and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any part of our service without our prior written consent.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems requiring maintenance or updates.

Our AI features are provided as tools to assist with hiring decisions. All final hiring decisions remain your responsibility and should comply with applicable employment laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data after a reasonable grace period.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, except where prohibited by law.
